Scope

This policy applies to nivento.in, its contact and join forms, and Nivento assessments. The separate Store at learn.nivento.in is operated through a third-party learning platform with its own checkout and privacy practices.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, organisation, city and message. When you complete an assessment, we receive your selected answers, calculated result, report, contact details, role and recorded consent. We may receive basic technical and security data needed to operate the website.

How we use your information

We use form details to respond to your enquiry. We use assessment answers to calculate and provide a developmental report and to discuss a relevant Nivento pathway when you consent. The completed assessment report and lead details are sent to the Nivento owner by email. We do not automatically email the participant a report. The participant can download the report as HTML or PDF.

Children and supervised use

Participants who indicate that they are under 18 must confirm that a parent or guardian is supervising their participation before continuing. An institution may also organise a supervised programme under a separate arrangement. Parents and guardians can contact Nivento about a child’s information.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests. Resend delivers transactional emails to Nivento. If you choose to follow a WhatsApp, social media or Store link, that service processes your interaction under its own terms. We do not sell participant information.

Retention and security

Assessment answers and contact details are included in the owner email and are retained as needed to manage the enquiry and any subsequent engagement, subject to applicable obligations. We use access controls and server-side credentials, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held by Nivento, and withdraw your consent for future contact, by emailing coachnareshbgadia@gmail.com. We may need to keep limited records where required by law or an existing engagement.
